Cancellation of Transaction
In accordance with the Consumer Protection Law, a customer is entitled to cancel a transaction made on the website within 14 days from the date of receiving the product or from the date of receiving the document containing the transaction details—whichever is later. The form is open to all visitors and does not require logging into an account. Cancellation notices can also be submitted via email at lidorsh30@gmail.com, by phone/WhatsApp at 0546220921, or by registered mail. Refunds will be issued in accordance with the cancellation policy and applicable law.
