Terms and Conditions

1. General. The website is owned and operated by ZEMIRAL, business registration/ID number 212053706, with its registered address at HaShofetim 16, Petah Tikva (hereinafter: the "Company"). The terms of use govern the relationship between the Company and any person or entity browsing or using the website or the information contained therein (hereinafter: the "User"). The Company reserves the right to modify these terms from time to time; the binding version is the one published on the website at the time of execution, and changes shall not apply retroactively to past transactions. The drafting is in the masculine gender for convenience purposes only and refers to all genders equally. Product prices include VAT as required by law, and the product price is the total price; shipping costs will be presented separately and clearly prior to completing the order. Website product images are for illustration purposes only. The Company is not obligated to maintain inventory of all items, and reserves the right to offer and discontinue promotions at any time.

2. Orders, Acceptance, and Supply. Placing an order on the website constitutes an offer by the customer to purchase the products. An automated notification regarding the receipt of the order does not constitute acceptance of the order, and the transaction is completed only with the Company's approval and charging of the payment method. If a severe and obvious error occurs in the product description or price, the Company reserves the right to cancel the order, provided that the customer is notified promptly and the full amount paid is refunded. Payment on the website is made via Credit Card / Bit / Apple Pay / PayPal; credit purchases are subject to the credit company's approval and terms.

3. Legal Capacity. Performing an action on the website constitutes the User's ("Customer") confirmation that they have read the terms and agree to their instructions. Use is intended for individuals aged 18 and over. Minors require parental/guardian approval prior to taking action, without derogating from the provisions of legal capacity and guardianship laws.

4. Jurisdiction. Use of the website and any transaction executed through it shall be governed exclusively by Israeli law. Nothing in these terms derogates from consumer protection rights under mandatory law.

5. Intellectual Property. The website, content, trademarks, designs, and creations included therein are the exclusive property of the Company or third parties that granted it a license. It is prohibited to copy, duplicate, distribute, market, or create derivative works from any part of the website without prior written permission.

6. Prohibited Use. The User undertakes not to use the website for any unlawful purpose, including submitting false details, privacy infringement, uploading offensive content, disrupting website operation, automated data collection, or bypassing security measures. The Company reserves the right to block users who violate these terms, without prejudice to any other remedy.

7. User Account. Should an account be opened on the website, the customer is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login details and updating the Company in case of any suspicion of misuse. The Company reserves the right to suspend or close an account in the event of a breach of the terms.

8. Sales and Coupons. Sales, discounts, and coupons shall apply according to the terms under which they were published and their valid period, with no stacking of promotions unless stated otherwise, and they are not redeemable for cash. Participation in sales does not derogate from statutory cancellation rights.

9. User Reviews. The website may display customer reviews. The Company shall not publish fabricated reviews and shall not filter reviews in a misleadingly biased manner, but is not required to publish non-offensive content or content that violates the law. Publication of reviews grants the Company a license to use them on the website and its marketing channels.

10. Third-Party Links. The website may include links to external sites. The Company is not responsible for their content, products, or privacy policies.

11. Product Warranty.

  • For non-electronic/optional products: The Company provides a warranty for a period of one year from the date of receipt of the product, against manufacturing defects, subject to presenting proof of purchase.

  • For electrical/electronic products / over 150 NIS – mandatory: These products come with a manufacturer warranty of at least one year, and a Hebrew warranty card along with the product, in accordance with the Consumer Protection Regulations (After-Sale Service and Warranty). The Company shall not be liable for damage resulting from improper use (accident, drop, liquid damage, scratches, unreasonable use). Nothing herein derogates from consumer protection law and all statutory provisions; in case of contradiction, the law prevails.

12. Website Availability and Limitation of Liability. The website and its contents are offered as-is (As-Is). The Company acts to ensure the website is accurate and updated, but errors or inadvertent inaccuracies may occur, and the Company does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free website operation. Subject to mandatory law, the Company shall not bear liability for direct or indirect damage resulting from the use of the website or reliance on its contents. Nothing herein derogates from the Company's liability under the law for products sold and consumer rights.

13. References. Cancellation policy, returns, exchanges, shipping policy, and the "Transaction Cancellation" page linked at the footer of the website constitute an inseparable part of these terms. Detailed privacy policy is available on the dedicated page.

14. Miscellaneous. If a court determines that any provision of the terms is illegal or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. The Company's forbearance in enforcing any right shall not be construed as a waiver thereof. The Company may assign its rights under these terms in the event of business transfer, provided customer rights are not impaired.
