This policy is formulated in accordance with the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, 5741–1981. In the event of any contradiction between any clause herein and the provisions of the law, the provisions of the law shall prevail, even if the customer has agreed otherwise.
Right of Cancellation in a Distance Selling Transaction. A purchase on the website constitutes a "distance selling transaction." The customer is entitled to cancel the transaction from the moment the order is placed until 14 days from the date of receiving the product or from the date of receiving the document containing the transaction details — whichever is later, regardless of whether the shipment has been dispatched. The counting of days includes rest days; if the last day falls on a rest day, the deadline is postponed to the next business day. Extension: A person with a disability, a senior citizen (65+), or a new immigrant is entitled to cancel within 4 months, provided that the transaction engagement included a conversation between the business and the customer (including via electronic communication); the company may request appropriate documentation.
Method of Cancellation. Notice of cancellation can be submitted through any of the following methods: via the dedicated "Cancellation of Transaction" link on the website, by email to lidorsh30@gmail.com, by registered mail to Petah Tikva HaShofetim 16, or orally through the channel where the transaction was executed — accompanied by name, ID number, and order number. No justification is required. The company will send the customer confirmation of receipt of the notice.
Cancellation Before Shipment. If the transaction is cancelled before the product is shipped, a full refund will be issued minus statutory cancellation fees, without the need to return a product.
Refund. In the event of a cancellation not due to a defect, the company will refund the full amount paid (including shipping fees paid, if any) within 14 days from the date of receiving the cancellation notice, using the payment method through which the transaction was made (if paid by credit card, a refund will be made to the same card), and is entitled to deduct cancellation fees at a rate of 5% of the transaction price or 100 NIS — whichever is lower. The cancellation fees include all expenses (shipping, packaging, and the like) and no additional amount will be charged beyond them. The cost of returning the product to the company, when the cancellation is not due to a defect, is borne by the customer.
Cancellation Due to a Defect or Non-Conformity. If the transaction is cancelled due to a defect, non-conformity between the product and the details provided, or any other breach by the company, no cancellation fees will be charged at all, the company will bear the cost of returning the product, and the refund will be full. The customer is entitled, at their choice, to a full refund or an exchange. It is recommended to attach documentation (photo/video) with the inquiry.
Exchanges and Non-Cancellable Products. Beyond the statutory right of cancellation, the company allows one exchange within 14 days of receiving the package, subject to non-use exceeding a fit-check and returning with original tags. It is clarified: these conditions apply solely to the exchange benefit — the statutory right of cancellation is not conditioned on original packaging or tags, provided that the product has not been used beyond reasonable inspection. In accordance with Section 14G(d) of the Law, the right of cancellation does not apply, inter alia, to: perishable products; products custom-made especially for the customer per a personal order; recordings, reproductions, or duplication products whose original packaging has been opened; and "information" as defined in the Computers Law. The mere fact that a product is on sale does not negate the right of cancellation.
Miscellaneous. A credit voucher issued due to the return of a product will be valid for at least two years from the date of its issuance; a shopping voucher or gift card purchased for payment will be valid for at least five years from the date of its issuance. The company reserves the right to cancel an order in the event of a material error in the product description or price, or out-of-stock items; in such a case, the customer will be notified as soon as possible and the full amount paid will be refunded.
